PLAYABLE SPECIES

We have 27 species (12 canine and 15 feline) to choose from! Each species is rated based on rarity in this world, with one star being the most common and five stars being very rare. Your character may be any mix of canines or any mix of felines, but we currently do not allow canine x feline hybrids. When it comes to mixing with a 5-star species and deciding if it takes up a rarity slot, please consult a staff member once you have designed your character. You can find how many of each species we currently have on our character roster!

New members are ineligible to make 5-star level species for their first character.
All members receive two free 5-star slots! Any after that must be earned through events.

TAERAL PANTHERS

The Taeral Panther (pronounced like tay-rawl) is one of our very own custom species here in Nevriande! It was created to provide an availability for creativity in the feline department of the server, as wolves and dogs can be quite versatile. They are intended to be the most common type of feline species in Nevriande. This species is generally meant to be the result of fusing design elements of a domestic cat and a big cat to allow for user creativity.

Taeral Panthers can generally be any color or patterning! Typically it is recommended to use domestic cat, equine or mammalian inspiration when creating Taerals but anything goes as long as it suits our realism policy

Free adopts and designs are often made in the server, though using bases and linearts from other similar big cats to create a Taeral is just as acceptable! If you need help coloring in a line art or making a Taeral, since this is a custom species, contact the staff team for help.
